Zenphi Fair Use Policy

Introduction
This Fair Use Policy (“Policy”) outlines the fair use quotas and guidelines for each subscription tier of Zenphi’s services (the “Services”). This Policy is designed to ensure optimal performance and equitable resource allocation for all users while preventing misuse or excessive consumption of resources. By using Zenphi’s Services, you agree to adhere to this Policy.
Scope
This Policy applies to all users of Zenphi’s Services, including individuals and organizations subscribed to any of Zenphi’s pricing tiers. It supplements Zenphi’s Terms of Service and Acceptable Use Policy.
Fair Use Quotas
Each subscription tier includes specific resource allocations and usage limits. Exceeding these limits may result in restricted access, additional charges, or service suspension. The quotas for each tier are as follows:

To ensure fair usage across all users, you agree to:
- Resource Allocation: Use the allocated resources as intended and avoid any activity that consumes an excessive share of system resources.
- Service Impact: Avoid activities that adversely affect the performance, reliability, or availability of the Services for other users.
- Automation Design: Design workflows efficiently to optimize resource utilization and minimize unnecessary flow executions.
Monitoring and Enforcement
Zenphi reserves the right to monitor usage to ensure compliance with this Policy. If your usage exceeds the allocated quotas or violates this Policy, Zenphi may:
- Notify you of the issue and request corrective actions.
- Restrict access to resources exceeding the allocation.
- Apply additional charges for overuse, as per Zenphi’s pricing policies.
- Suspend or terminate your access to the Services in cases of repeated or egregious violations.
Exceeding Fair Use Quotas
If you anticipate exceeding the quotas of your current plan, you may:
- Upgrade to a higher tier with increased allocations.
- Contact Zenphi’s support team to negotiate additional resources.
Changes to This Policy
Zenphi reserves the right to modify this Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on Zenphi’s website and will become effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of the Services after such updates constitutes acceptance of the modified Policy.
