Find every dormant account. In 30 minutes.
We run a one-time audit of your Google Workspace accounts with you, inside your own environment. You'll see which suspended accounts are still billed at the full rate, how long your archived accounts have been kept, and which active accounts nobody signs in to. You keep the results, whether or not you ever use Zenphi.
What the Google Workspace account audit covers
"With Zenphi we invested in process intelligence once, and now everything behaves exactly as it should. Human error is no longer a thing."
Jens Gössing · Cloud Space Architect, Google · IT Operations
Every account that needs a decision
Suspended accounts still on a full license, archived accounts and how long each has been archived, and active accounts with no recent sign-in.
The license behind each one
See which license every flagged account holds, so you know where risk and spend overlap and which accounts to review first.
Your data stays with you
The audit runs inside your own Google Workspace environment, so your directory data stays where it is.
Pick a time for your audit session
What happens in the audit session
A working session focused on your accounts. Here is how the 30 minutes are spent.
Your environment
Tell us roughly how many users you have, how offboarding works today, and what your retention policy requires.
We run the audit together
The audit runs in your Google Workspace and flags suspended, archived, and inactive accounts, with the license on each.
Your priorities
You leave with the flagged list and a clear view of which accounts to review first, for both risk and spend.
Before you book
Is this a sales call?
No. It's a working session focused on your accounts. You keep the audit results whether or not you become a Zenphi customer.
What access do we need for the audit?
A Google Workspace admin who can view users, licenses, and sign-in activity should join the session. The audit runs through Zenphi inside your own environment, so your directory data stays with you.
Who should join from my team?
Your Google Workspace admin, plus whoever owns offboarding, data retention, or license spend. Security and compliance leads often find the results useful too. One admin is enough to run the Zenphi audit.
Is there a cost for the audit?
No. The audit is free and one-time, and there's no obligation to use Zenphi afterward.
What happens after the audit?
You keep the flagged list and decide what to do with it. If you'd like to automate the cleanup, we can show how teams use Zenphi to export, verify, and delete former employees' accounts themselves.
