Fair Use Quotas and Guidelines for Every Zenphi Plan
This Fair Use Policy sets out the resource allocations included with each Zenphi subscription tier. The quotas exist so every workspace gets consistent performance. They aren't hard limits — if your usage outgrows them, that's a conversation with our team rather than a problem.

Scope of This Policy
This Fair Use Policy ("Policy") outlines the fair use quotas and guidelines for each subscription tier of Zenphi's services (the "Services"). This Policy is designed to ensure optimal performance and equitable resource allocation for all users while preventing misuse or excessive consumption of resources. By using Zenphi's Services, you agree to adhere to this Policy.
This Policy applies to all users of Zenphi's Services, including individuals and organizations subscribed to any of Zenphi's pricing tiers. It supplements Zenphi's Terms of Service and Acceptable Use Policy.
Resource Allocations by Subscription Tier
Each subscription tier includes specific resource allocations. These quotas describe what each plan is sized for — they are not hard limits, and going over one isn't a violation. If your usage regularly runs above an allocation, that's a good reason to talk to us about the plan or the custom allocation that fits. The quotas for each tier are as follows:

What We Ask of Every User
To ensure fair usage across all users, you agree to:
Resource Allocation
Use the allocated resources as intended and avoid any activity that consumes an excessive share of system resources.
Service Impact
Avoid activities that adversely affect the performance, reliability, or availability of the Services for other users.
Automation Design
Design workflows efficiently to optimize resource utilization and minimize unnecessary flow executions.
Quotas Are a Starting Point, Not a Ceiling
We monitor usage so we can see when an account is running above its allocation. When that happens, we get in touch. Here's what that looks like:
- We let you know which allocation you're running above, and by how much.
- We look at the flows driving the volume with you. Sometimes a design change brings usage back down on its own.
- Where the volume is simply the shape of your business, we discuss the tier or the custom allocation that matches it.
- Your automations keep running while we work it out together.
Going over a quota is a conversation, not a penalty. Growing past your plan usually means the automation is working.
If You Expect to Run Above Your Plan's Allocation
Tell us ahead of time and we'll size things properly with you. Two ways forward:
Upgrade your plan
Move to a higher tier with increased allocations. Each tier raises flow runs, step executions, table capacity, and the number of users you can invite.

Talk to our team about an allocation built around your actual volume. Enterprise allocations are set through negotiated contracts, and we can adjust for seasonal peaks.

Zenphi reserves the right to modify this Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on Zenphi's website and will become effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of the Services after such updates constitutes acceptance of the modified Policy.
