New integration: Xero – Empower Your Finance Operations
We’re thrilled to announce our new integration with Xero, designed to supercharge your finance operations. With these new actions, you can now seamlessly blend your finance tasks, integrate with Google Workspace, and harness the power of Intelligent Document Processing (IDP) all in one place. Here’s a sneak peek into the new actions at your disposal:
Automated Workflow Examples
Imagine a scenario where you receive an invoice in your Gmail. With zenphi, you can create a bill in Xero, save the invoice in Google Drive, and send a confirmation email to the concerned parties – all triggered by a single action.
Or imagine generating an invoice in Xero as soon as a new purchase order is approved. With zenphi’s integrations, you can automate the entire process, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in your finance operations.
Updated action: Share Item
With the updated “Share Item” action, you now have granular control over ownership assignment. When sharing a Google Drive item and assigning an owner role, you can choose whether to transfer ownership, opt not to transfer, or even move it to the new owner’s root.
Updated action: Generate Document Using Template – File Name Output Value
Enhance your document generation process with the new output value – “File Name” – and a bunch of other data at your fingertips. This update provides you with greater control over the details of your document generation, making it more versatile and dynamic.
Updated action: Create User in Google Directory
In the latest update, we’ve also enhanced the “Create User in Google Directory” action to provide even greater flexibility in user management. Now, when automatically creating a new user, you have the ability to add a custom schema. Discover this parameter in the ‘Other’ section:
