The Challenge
Camp Ramaquois is a renowned summer camp that serves hundreds of children each season. With a highly seasonal workforce—growing to nearly 100 staff during the summer—efficiency, safety, and ease of onboarding are critical. Operating in a non-technical environment, the camp needed a solution that could enhance processes without overwhelming staff with new systems.
Each summer, Camp Ramaquois must rapidly onboard dozens of temporary staff—many of whom are not tech-savvy. At the same time, the team processes a high volume of sensitive information about campers, where accuracy is crucial. With limited time and resources, leadership needed a way to:
